Terms & Conditions

1. All items in this site are pre-loved items only!
   
2. All items' details and measurements provided are accurate, to the best of my ability.
3. For modeled pics, do request!
   
4. All the items' actual condition here are as described.
   
5. Reservations will he held for a maximum of 3 days only.
6. In any event that another buyer is interested in the same item, the reservation is void, and whoever makes the payment first will get the item.
7. Strictly no refunds or exchanges, as the items are on a one-only basis.
   
8. Payment must be made to our CIMB / MBB / PBB account. Our account no. will be provided upon confirmation of order.
9. Prices listed, does not include postage fees.
   

As far as our terms and conditions go, they were designed to protect both parties, so to avoid any misunderstandings and unpleasant transactions. All that aside, if you have any other questions, do feel free to leave us a comment here, or drop us an email! :)
